Refund & Refund Policy

Important Information:

  • 30-day window to initiate the return
  • 14 days to process refunds
  • Restocking fee: 30% of the product price
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Return and Exchange Process: If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your package. Start by contacting us at support@kimmodekbh.com and please provide your order number.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags. Note that we charge a fee of 30% of the order price to cover our administrative costs for processing your request.

Refund Process: Once we have received your package, we will notify you via email. It will then take up to 14 days to process your return and refund - if it takes longer, please contact us at support@kimmodekbh.com.

Order Cancellation: If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.

Damaged or Wrong Products: We apologize if your product arrived damaged, or if you received a different product than what you ordered.

Please take a picture of the item when you receive it. Then contact us at support@kimmodekbh.com with your order number, the item you ordered, and an explanation of the problem. We are confident that we will quickly find an appropriate solution for you.
