Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Time Frame

We offer full refundable cancellation for up to 8 hours after purchase – so if you change your mind within that time frame, please contact us at support@kimmodekbh.com to notify us.

Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed, and we work hard to ship orders quickly. Therefore, cancellations can only be processed within 8 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests received on weekends will not be processed, as our full operations run Monday through Friday during business hours.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your order for pet accessories and products, please follow these steps:

  1. Act Quickly: Contact us within 8 hours of placing your order
  2. Email Us: Send a cancellation request to support@kimmodekbh.com
  3. Include Order Details: Provide your order number, email address used for purchase, and reason for cancellation
  4. Wait for Confirmation: We will confirm if your order can be cancelled

Refund Information

If your cancellation is approved, the transaction amount minus a processing fee of 3.5% will be refunded to you. This processing fee covers:

  • Payment processor charges that cannot be recovered
  • Administrative costs for order processing
  • System processing fees

Refund Timeline:

  • Cancellation processed immediately upon approval
  • Refund issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

When Cancellation Is Not Possible

We cancel and refund as soon as we receive your request, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, we will notify you, and you can still return the pet accessories according to our return and refund policy.

Cancellation may not be possible if:

  • More than 8 hours have passed since purchase
  • Your order has already been processed and shipped
  • The request is received outside business hours on Friday and processed items ship over the weekend
  • Custom or personalized pet accessories have entered production

Weekend and Holiday Processing

Cancellation requests received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, excluding federal holidays.

Important: Orders placed late Friday may be processed over the weekend for Monday shipping, making cancellation difficult. For Friday orders, please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

If you miss the 8-hour cancellation window, you still have options:

  • Returns: All pet accessories can be returned within 30 days according to our return policy
  • Exchanges: Most items can be exchanged for different sizes or products
  • Store Credit: We may offer store credit for certain situations
