What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, as long as the item is unused, and has its original tags. A 30% restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the item. (View full policy)

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple pay and Google Pay. Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 mainland states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Total delivery time is usually 5–11 business days.

  • If you order before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday), we start processing it the same day.

  • Processing takes 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping then takes 4–8 business days.
    “Business days” means Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays.

 

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.
